DARIA ESPOSITO (1982) – Vice-president
Daria Esposito has been working as a social educator since 2002. She worked in the outskirts and inner cities of Naples with youths in situations of educational and social exclusion, becoming from a very young age a key person for leading organizations geared towards social inclusion, such as Chance and Trespassing. She then followed innovative vocational training projects and school-to-work projects with at-risk people, at first in Naples and then in Trento. Thanks to her experience on the field, she became an expert on local processes of development and expanded her knowledge on how to plan flexible intervention, how to involve excluded people in the process of devising qualifying courses and on the transition from educational exclusion to re-entering education and undertaking work experience. She graduated on the subject of early withdrawal from school and post-learning placement for young people in situations of social and cultural disadvantage.
